Shipping terms

While you shopping in Vienseta e-store, we offering local and international delivery provider's service for a fee.

We will deal with your order as soon as possible and expect to dispatch it within 1-3 working days. Delivery of goods are specified below and further arrival time depends on the delivery service provider which is specified below. During holidays the delivery times may be longer than normal. We hope for your understanding!

Local delivery

Omniva Parcel terminal - Eur 3.00

International delivery

International delivery via Latvian post usually takes 4–40 days.

All packages will be sent as registred postal items. 

Delivery charges are calculated according to delivery service provider's FIXED pricelist (weight of package up to 1kg), this amount will be included in your bill. If package will be over 1kg weight, we will recalculated delivery charges and will send you one more bill to cover a difference. 

Please be aware that customers are responsible for payment of any local customs duties. We are not required to inform customers of such additional costs and are not required to refund such costs to the customer. You can track your order using your tracking number and the link on your dispatch confirmation email. 

International delivery FIXED charges for packages up to 1kg.
